In Literature, we will finishing reading Island of the Blue Dolphins. This month will begin our next book report book, a mystery of each students' choice. In history, we will learn all about the explorers to California and the mission system. All students will be assigned a mission to research. We will learn to draw a galleon and a mission.

• November 7th - recite: Remembrance Day (Veterans' Day Assembly)

• November 11th - No School - Veterans' Day

• November 13th - Jog-A-Thon 

• November 14th - end of 1st trimester

• November 21st - recite: Be Thankful (Thanksgiving Assebly)

• November 24th- 28th -  Thanksgiving Break

• December 1st- school resumes

• December 1st- staff meeting (no study hall or academic support)

• December 1st- mystery book should be finished and brought to school
