Wow! It is hard to believe that May is here.  As we finish the last month of school, students will focus on different types writing and reviewing language concepts. Students will be presenting their biography person to the class. In geography, we will begin our workbook, "Our Earth, Our World."

• May 4th - staff meeting (no study hall or academic support)

• May 8th - Recite: Midnight Ride of Paul Revere

• May 8th - Bear Day - bring your favorite bear to school

• May 8th - 12pm Dismissal - Teacher Appreciation Luncheon (no play program) 

• May 11th - biography book & notes due

• May 21st - Biography Presentations - come dressed as your person and give 2 minute speech

• May 22nd - Memorial Day assembly- recite

• May 25th - No School Memorial Day

• May 29th - French Friday

• June 1st - staff meeting (no study hall or academic support)

• June 4th - Red/Blue Sports Day - 12pm dismissal

• June 5th - last day of school, dismissed after assembly

• June 5th - recite: Paul Revere

• June 5th- annual breakfast, in classroom 8:30am-9am
